ВЪЗМОЖНОСТИ ЗА ПОВИШАВАНЕ НА СЪДЪРЖАНИЕТО НА N-3 МАСТНИ КИСЕЛИНИ В СВИНСКОТО МЕСО II. НАЧИНИ ЗА ПРОМЯНА В МАСТНОКИСЕЛИННИЯ СЪСТАВ НА ТЪКАННИТЕ ЛИПИДИ ПРИ СВИНЕТЕ
Абстракт
През последните няколко десетилетия се провеждат обширни научни проучвания върху начи-ните за промяна на мастнокиселинния състав на липидите при свинете. Въпреки установените междупородни (Gispert et al., 1990) и междуполови различия (Hartman et al., 1992) в състава на липидите, влияние на генотипа (hal+ hal-) (Hartman et al., 1992) върху този състав и високата унаследяемост за равнищата на някои мастни киселини (Cameron and Enser, 1991) преобладава мнението, че по пътя на селекцията не би могло да се стигне до съществени и бързи промени в мастнокиселинния състав на липидите при свинете.
