Abstract

The investigated plants are substantially distinguished by growth rate in frame of 20-30 days and by basic economic index as well. The yield of fresh herbs vary from 53 to 129 g/plant, the content of essential oil in fresh herb is run in frame of 0.12 to 0.73%. Carried out cluster analysis differentiated four type essential oil – carvacrol, γ-terpinene, caravacrol-citral and mixed. The high correlation between components in essential oil is observed in 33 cases. There is the right correlation between γ-terpinene and p-cimene and opposite between carvacrol and γ-terpinene in the main components which determinate the essential oil profile. The carvacrol is basic substance in savory oil and reaches to 60%. It has opposite correlation with all others components in the same plants.
