A COMPARATIVE STUDY ABOUT THE SENSITIVITY OF THE COMPLEMENT FIXATION TEST (СFT) IN DIAGNOSTIC OF THE DISEASE BRUCELLOSIS IN COWS HELD IN 4 0 С AND 37 0 С
Abstract
It was made comparative test about the sensitivity of the CFT method in in diagnostic of the disease brucellosis in cows. The reaction was placed ad 40 С and 370 С. The obtained results that both variants of the CFT were with equal sensitivity and specificity. This allows diagnostic laboratory to choose under what kind of conditions to work.
