Abstract

A technology for root crops cultivation has been studied. Laboratory and field investigations have been carried out during maize cultivation. An average increase of 27% in the yield of peeled cobs has been reported in comparison with the surface drill technology, and the plant height has exceeded the control value with 12%, depending on the previous crop.
