Abstract

Microorganisms perform the cycle of substances in the soil, as well as the nutrient content in soil is dependent on the intensity of microbiological processes. This paper examines the distribution of major groups of soil microorganisms in a Typical Chernozem – Karasuluk (Pellic Endoclacic Vertisol (Aric Humic)) in genetic horizons. It has been established a large amount of microflora in the arable layer of this soil and different distribution of the different groups of microorganisms in the depth of the soil profile.
