In the period 2021-2023 in the experimental field of the Experimental Station for Soybeans and Cereals - Pavlikeni, nine new soybean lines, were studied in a Competitive Test for morphological and economic qualities in order to make a comparative ежалуатион of productivity under irrigated and non-irrigated conditions of the created soybean lines and to select the best of them. The studied lines differ in the duration of the growing season over the years, with the variation interval between the lines being from 127 to 133 days under non-irrigated conditions and from 134 to 146 days under irrigated conditions. Lines No. 3 and 7 exceed the average yield of standard varieties with varying degrees of provenance over the years under irrigated and non-irrigated conditions. On the base of a complex characterization a line No. 7 was selected, which showed productivity from 119 kg/da under non-irrigated conditions to 255 kg/da under irrigated conditions and a vegetation period of 133-139 days, as well as a crude protein content of 36.5% and 20.7% crude fat. It has resistance to lodging and cracking of the beans, as well as resistance to the economically important diseases Mosaic, Downy mildew and Bacterial Blight.
