Abstract

In the field of agriculture, the main scientific results for which intellectual property rights can be acquired are plant varieties and animal breeds, as well as the methods, technologies and systems associated with them. This article analyzes the possibilities of protecting agricultural scientific outputs as intellectual property objects. Quantitative and structural analysis of registered utility models, patented inventions and registered new plant varieties and animal varieties in the period 2016-2019 has been made, focusing on the scientific results of the Agricultural Academy (SSA) and its units.
