Abstract

This article examines the functional content of buildings in the wine industry with regard to their proper architectural design. The technological processes related to the processing, the fermentation process for the production of wine are clarified. The shown design solutions are in compliance with the regulatory requirements for this type of production buildings. Some characteristic project are analysed, some of which are existing complex, and others are projects, by the authors.
